The rules for using Clear.

These terms form an agreement between you and Sintax Error Private Limited (“Clear”, “we”, “us”) for SendToClear.com, Clear accounts, the Send to Clear Shortcut, evidence checks, and related services. By using Clear, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Clear

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Clear for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.

What Clear provides

Clear analyzes accessible public Instagram media, identifies checkable claims, researches available evidence, and presents an automated evidence label, confidence estimate, reasoning, and source links. Clear may change or discontinue features, limits, supported media, and providers, but changes to paid offers apply prospectively.

Allowed use

Submit only public links that you may lawfully access. Do not use Clear to harass, stalk, identify, defame, threaten, exploit children, invade privacy, infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights, evade platform controls, probe security, upload malware, automate abusive traffic, manipulate quotas, or make high-stakes decisions without qualified advice.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity through your sign-in method and must keep access secure. Give accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and notify us promptly about unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or close access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, or material breach. Account history is private by default.

Clear credits

Fresh analysis requires prepaid Clear credits. A standard image check normally uses one credit; longer videos or multi-item carousels may require more. Existing published research is free to read. Failed analyses and results with no checkable claim are normally returned to the account balance as described on the current Pricing page.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and currently do not expire while the account and service remain available. Buying credits never purchases a preferred verdict, source, confidence, publication decision, queue priority, or correction result.

Prices, payment and delivery

The current pack, price, currency, included work units, and any applicable tax treatment appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Razorpay processes enabled payments. Clear does not receive or store full card details. Credits are delivered to the signed-in account only after server-side payment verification. A pending or failed payment does not create a credit entitlement until reconciled.

Clear currently sells prepaid packs, not an automatically renewing subscription. There is therefore no recurring plan to cancel. Refund eligibility, duplicate payments, failed delivery, unused credits, processing times, and the request method are set out in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Public evidence records

You instruct Clear to process the submitted public post and acknowledge that a completed result may be accessible to anyone with its permanent URL. Eligible, adequately sourced factual observations may appear in the public archive, sitemap, search engines, and AI-assisted search. Your account identity is private by default. If you deliberately enable public investigator attribution in Account settings, eligible research you initiate may show your current display name and profile photo; you can turn this off for future display at any time. Opinions, no-claim posts, weakly sourced results, and failures are not intentionally indexed.

Source media and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in your submissions. Instagram creators and other rightsholders retain rights in source media. Clear displays limited public-post identifiers, summaries, and preview material to identify and analyze the claim; it does not claim ownership of the original post. Clear’s software, branding, original analysis, and page design remain our property or that of our licensors. Rights, attribution, correction, and removal requests can be submitted through Corrections & Rights.

AI and evidence disclaimer

Clear is an AI-assisted evidence service using third-party data and automated models. Results may be incomplete, delayed, biased, outdated, or wrong. Labels are evidence commentary about a specific claim—not findings about a creator’s honesty or intent, legal determinations, guaranteed scientific consensus, or medical, financial, employment, or safety advice. Third-party services

Instagram, Clerk, Razorpay, evidence sources, and other providers have their own terms and may change or restrict access. Clear is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Clear available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any particular source, or any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Clear is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by reliance on an automated result. Nothing excludes a warranty, consumer remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Deletion, records and enforcement

Account deletion removes or de-identifies profile data where applicable and revokes access credentials. Limited payment, fraud-prevention, correction, security, legal, and public-research records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required. Deleting an account does not automatically erase an independently eligible public evidence record, but correction and removal requests remain available.

Complaints and notices

Send consumer, payment, legal, or service complaints to [email protected]. Include the relevant account email, order or result reference, issue, and requested remedy—never a password or full card number. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to verification and applicable law.

Governing law and changes

Indian law governs these terms. Courts with jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forums and protections. We may update these terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. The effective date appears above; material changes will be communicated where required.
