The rules for using Clear.

By using Clear, you agree to these terms with Sintax Error Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Allowed use

Submit only public links that you may lawfully access. Do not use Clear to harass, stalk, identify, defame, threaten, exploit children, invade privacy, infringe rights, evade platform controls, automate abusive traffic, test illegal content, or make high-stakes decisions without qualified advice.

Public observations

You instruct Clear to process the submitted public post and acknowledge that a completed research observation may be accessible to anyone with its permanent URL. Eligible, adequately sourced factual observations may be listed in our public research archive and sitemap and discovered by search engines or AI-assisted search services. Opinions, no-claim posts, weakly sourced results, failures, and unsupported-language attempts are not intentionally submitted for indexing. Submission does not give you ownership of the source post or Clear’s analysis.

AI and evidence disclaimer

Clear is an experimental automated system using third-party data and AI. Results may be incomplete, delayed, biased, or wrong. Evidence labels are research commentary about a claim—not findings about a creator’s honesty or intent, legal findings, scientific consensus statements, or professional medical, financial, employment, or safety advice. Accounts, free allowance and Clear credits

Where accounts are enabled, Clear may provide a limited rolling free allowance and sell prepaid Clear credit packs. Most fresh checks use one credit; longer videos and larger carousels may use more. Completed fresh analysis consumes credits only when the work commits. Cached reuse is free to the requesting user. Paid credits do not expire, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot purchase a preferred verdict, source, confidence level, publication decision, priority treatment, or correction outcome.

Payments are processed by Razorpay when payment features are enabled. The server—not the browser—selects the pack and grants credits only after verified captured payment. Failed attempts do not grant credits. A verified refund may reverse the unused credits attributable to that purchase, subject to applicable law and the actual payment state. Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for access to your sign-in method and for lawful use of your account. Account history is private by default. You may request or initiate account deletion; we remove or de-identify account profile data and revoke access credentials, while retaining limited payment, security, correction, legal, and public research records where reasonably necessary or legally required. Deleting an account does not automatically erase an independently eligible public evidence record, but removal and correction requests remain available.

Enforcement

We may limit access, remove unlawful or harmful content, preserve evidence, and cooperate with valid legal process. Users are responsible for their submissions and compliance with applicable law and third-party platform terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clear is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
