What to send

Identify the disputed sentence and, where possible, include a primary or authoritative source. Creators and subjects may also provide missing context or request correction of personal information.

Our process

We acknowledge actionable complaints as soon as practical, review the original media and evidence, and correct material errors. During beta we may also temporarily hide or remove a result while reviewing credible privacy, safety, copyright, creator, or legal concerns.

Privacy and creator requests

Each result includes dedicated Request privacy removal and Creator / legal request controls. Identify your relationship to the content, the specific concern, and the action requested. We minimise public reproduction and link viewers back to the original post.

Urgent safety, privacy, or legal concerns

Put “URGENT” in the email subject and explain the harm. Lawful notices should identify the requester, the exact URL, legal basis, and requested action.
