REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Fair when a payment goes wrong.

This policy applies to prepaid Clear credit packs purchased from Sintax Error Private Limited through SendToClear.com. Clear currently offers one-time packs, not auto-renewing subscriptions.

No recurring plan to cancel

A credit-pack purchase is a single transaction. It does not renew automatically and creates no future charge to cancel. You can simply stop buying packs. Account deletion is available separately from the Account page.

When you may request a refund

• You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
• Payment was captured but the purchased credits were not delivered after reasonable reconciliation time.
• A wholly unused credit pack is no longer wanted and you contact us within seven calendar days of purchase.
• The service was materially deficient or applicable law otherwise requires a refund or other remedy.

Used and partly used packs

Once any purchased credit is consumed, the pack is generally not refundable merely because you disagree with a verdict, confidence, source, publication decision, or AI output. We will still review duplicate charges, technical failures, deficient service, and any mandatory consumer remedy. Buying credits never guarantees a particular research conclusion.

Failed checks and internal credit returns

A failed analysis or a post with no checkable factual claim is normally returned to the Clear balance under the usage rules. That balance correction is not necessarily a cash refund. If a balance correction fails, contact us with the result and order reference.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with your Clear account email, Razorpay payment or order reference, purchase date, amount, reason, and requested remedy. Never send a password, OTP, CVV, or full card number. We aim to acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and communicate the decision or next verification step within five working days.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Clear will not ask for another card or divert a refund to an unrelated account. Bank and payment-network processing happens after we initiate the refund and can take additional business days. You will receive the available refund reference when it is generated.

Reversing credits

When a payment is refunded, unused credits attributable to that payment may be reversed to prevent duplicate value. We will not silently create a negative balance from unrelated free credits; disputed or exceptional cases are reviewed.
